When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. This is necessary to authenticate you and provide access to the platform.

Professional Profile Information

If you register as a professional, we collect your business name, professional title, biography, profile image, working hours, services offered, and team member invitations.

Booking and Customer Information

When a customer books an appointment, we collect their name, email address, appointment date and time, and any notes they provide. This information is stored on behalf of the professional to facilitate the booking.

Contact Records

Professionals may store contact information (name, email, phone number) for their customers within the platform.

Technical Information

When you access our service, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device information, and usage data. We use session cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication.

Media Uploads

Professionals may upload images, logos, and other media to customize their storefront. These files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our appointment scheduling service
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Send booking confirmations and reminders
• Communicate with you about your account and the platform
• Understand aggregate usage of the service via PostHog (only with your consent)

We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. With your consent, we also set cookies and local storage entries through PostHog, a third-party analytics service, to understand how the service is used. These cookies are not used for advertising, and we do not sell your data. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Analytics cookies (optional)

If you opt in, PostHog (hosted in the US by PostHog, Inc.) will collect the pages you visit, the referrer that brought you here, your browser type and version, device category, operating system, and a hashed IP-derived identifier. PostHog is configured with person_profiles: identified_only, so an identified profile is only created if you sign in and we explicitly call identify(). Anonymous visitors are tracked as a single session, not as a persistent person. We do not currently use PostHog for advertising or share its data with any third party.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Cloudflare for hosting, infrastructure, and content delivery, and PostHog, Inc. (US) as a data processor for the optional analytics described above. These providers act on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
• Professional Accounts: Information you provide when booking an appointment is shared with the professional you are booking with, as necessary to provide the service.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. When you close your account, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations to retain certain data.

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
