Privacy Policy

RadiusHQ (radiushq.cc) is operated by Glozinfinity Technology Pvt Ltd, India (“we”, “us”). Contact us at support@radiushq.cc for any privacy question or request.

Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash) or the profile details you share when you sign in with Google.

Workspace data: your business details, services, prices, schedules, booking pages, covers, themes, and settings.

Booking data you collect from your clients: names, email addresses, and phone numbers where your booking form asks for them, plus appointment details and payment records.

Payment data: PayPal merchant connection details and transaction records (order and capture IDs, amounts, refund status). Card and bank details are handled by PayPal, never by us.

Operational data: license status, onboarding progress, and transactional emails we send on your behalf.

We use your data to run your account, operate your booking pages, process bookings and payments, send booking emails and reminders, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

We host and operate RadiusHQ with a small set of providers who process data only on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, database, and file storage), Resend (transactional email), PayPal (payments), and Google (sign-in and Maps). Each applies its own security measures and privacy terms.

We use cookies and similar storage only where needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

When people book with your business, you decide what to collect through your booking form and remain responsible for that relationship. We store and process it to operate your bookings and only share it with the providers above as needed.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@radiushq.cc. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time. Deleting your account removes your workspace data; payment records may be retained where the law requires (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records).

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. Backups roll off on their normal cycle after deletion.

We protect data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, scoped access controls, and managed cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside India. Where that happens, it is protected by the providers' contractual and technical safeguards.

RadiusHQ is for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact support@radiushq.cc and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date below.
