Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Glozinfinity Technology Pvt Ltd (“RadiusHQ”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of the RadiusHQ booking platform at radiushq.cc (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, whether by email and password or by Google sign-in.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. One person or business may not share a single account across unrelated businesses.

RadiusHQ provides online booking pages, scheduling, team management, PayPal payments with refund rules, and booking-related emails for service businesses.

Access is sold as a one-time lifetime deal (currently $19) through AppSumo. Each license covers one workspace with one booking page URL. The feature set is as described on our AppSumo listing at the time of purchase; roadmap items ship to license holders when released.

Refunds for the license itself are handled by AppSumo under its 60-day money-back guarantee. We do not process license refunds directly.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, spam or unsolicited bulk messages to your clients, attempts to breach security, scraping or reverse-engineering, reselling access, or content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.

You are responsible for the services you sell, the prices and policies you set (including cancellation and refund rules), and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer-protection and tax rules.

You retain ownership of the content you and your clients submit (business details, services, bookings, images). You grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

When your clients book with you, you are responsible for that relationship: tell your clients what data you collect and why, obtain any consents you need, and honor their privacy requests. We process booking data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid bookings are processed through PayPal accounts you connect. At launch, a PayPal business account is required to accept paid bookings. Money movement, holds, captures, and refunds run on PayPal's rails and remain subject to PayPal's terms.

Refunds initiated through RadiusHQ follow the refund policy you configure. We are not a party to transactions between you and your clients.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves; lifetime license holders keep the core booking functionality described at purchase.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glozinfinity Technology Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or remain unpaid where payment is due. You may stop using the Service at any time; to request deletion of your account data, email support@radiushq.cc.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date below, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Service.
