Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the radiusHQ platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not create multiple accounts or share an account with another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data from the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Send unsolicited communications or spam through the platform
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access another user's data

5. Professionals

If you register as a professional, you are solely responsible for the services you list, the accuracy of your storefront content, and any information you collect from customers. You must have a lawful basis for processing customer data. radiusHQ is a scheduling tool and is not a party to any agreement between you and your customers.

6. Bookings and Payments

The Service facilitates appointment scheduling only. Any contracts, transactions, or payments between professionals and customers are handled entirely outside the platform. radiusHQ does not process payments and is not responsible for any financial transactions between users.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. The radiusHQ name, logo, and brand are our intellectual property.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, radiusHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
