Choose which Google Calendar to sync with. Use a dedicated business calendar or your main one.

Bookings appear automatically
Every new booking creates a calendar event with client name, service, and duration. Existing events block off your availability.

Two-way sync — Events created in Google Calendar block availability in radiusHQ. Events created in radiusHQ appear in Google Calendar.
Real-time updates — Bookings sync instantly. If a client books and another checks availability, they see the updated slots.
Team calendar support — Each team member can connect their own Google Calendar. Appointments sync to the assigned professional's calendar.
Event details — Calendar events include client name, service booked, duration, and any notes. Tap to view or modify from your calendar app.
Cancellation handling — When a booking is cancelled in radiusHQ, the calendar event is removed automatically. No manual cleanup.
